Our main focus is to improve your quality of life, comfort from pain, give emotional & psychological support as we journey with you and loved ones in support and making informed decisions. Our RN collaborates with the Doctor on their findings from ongoing assessments, clinical skill findings and interventions done.

Companion Care

Companion Care profoundly enhances life for the client by providing emotional support, reducing loneliness and improving physical health to PREVENT FALLS. It offers social connection, security and overall well-being which can prevent or delay cognitive decline.

Personalized Care (PSW)

Clients will receive one-on-one care with our skilled and certified PSWs.

A tailored care plan is implemented with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation and feeding, medication reminders, emotional support and companionship and much more…

Our PSWs assist clients with moving around safely within their homes or care facilities to prevent falls.

Our PSWs work closely with healthcare teams to support clients undergoing physical or occupational therapy. This may involve helping with exercise, mobility routines, or using specialized equipment.

Respite or Rehabilitative Care

Rehabilitative care refers to any type of care that improves a clients functioning and various skills after an illness or surgery. This can also include a motor vehicle accident, injury, disability, or a bed ridden client in their home or in a facility. We work with the Physio to help our clients regain functions or maintain functions in the face of disease or injury.
